Cornwall Hounds and Fox River Valley Hunt is located near Stockton, Illinois with more than one hundred thousand acres available to hunt. Good relations with the neighboring farmers and land contributing members, make this large coverage possible. In fact, many of the farmers are removing acreage from cultivation, with the encouragement and assistance of the federal government, and placing it into the Conservation Resource Program (CRP). Many of these uncultivated fields are being replanted, again with federal help, with the old, natural prairie grasses.
